I started at Freshwaters Primary Academy 10 years ago and have worked in all year groups from nursery to year 6. I started as a Midday Assistant and a Send 1:1. My current role is an EYFS Co-educator, which I have been employed in for 5 years. 

As an early years co-educator my aim is to motivate children and use resources imaginatively to help them learn up to the age of 5 years old. Providing a safe, secure environment for them to develop their social and communication skills while recording observations and summarising their achievements.

I love my job as challenging as it can be the rewards are always far greater.
